I have been ripped off by this company housevalues.com / justlisted.com. They have me in a contract which they practically begged me to sign up for and told me i would build my business and get good leads of people looking to buy houses. I am a new real estate agent and didn't realize what they were signing me up for. I believe that some of the leads they sent me were generated falsely by their employees, because they guarantee so many leads or they will lower your monthly payment. They guaranteed me 10-14 leads per month, and sometimes on the last day of the month i would recieve bogus leads that dont even have a valid email address. They dont guarantee that you will even make any sales from this... Go figure 10-14 people a month looking to buy a house and not a single one turns out? Sounds pretty fishy to me!!!

I am currently trying to get out of the contract and have been for months, but i cant afford to have them ding my credit with collections so i feel i am stuck? I cant afford the cancellation fee or the 299.00 a month. They give you a 99.00 start up for 3 months then it is 299.00 a month for the next 9 monhts. They have been my worst nightmare and hope nobody else has experienced the same thing. I dont know but would appreciate if anyone has run into the samething contact me, i would like to file a class action suit against them for false representation.
