I want to agree with the other person who complained about HOUSEVALKUES AND JUSTLISTED.com. This company plays on the hopes and dreams of realtors who have to work so hard just to find clients to work with. Their leads are next to worthless. For a while you could reject any lead you didn't like and it was not counted towards the amount of leads you bought and with rejecting 60 or so leads a month to find 10 worth keeping, I did make a little business but then they complained about me rejecting so many leads and stopped the program putting restrictions on the reasons for rejecting a lead. Since they changed the rules they gave me a chance to get out of the agreement and I did. They are just like the other lead services I have tried. They do not confirm the phone #, email address, or street address. I don't know if the leads are fake on their part but people can put in any kind of info they want, and they do. Sure if you want to buy 60 to 100 leads a month from them, you might get a deal. Housevalues, justlisted and all of the other lead companys I have tried have all been the same. Big, Big letdowns.
