Ripoff, Sales people lie

Please avoid doing business with Star Satellite LLC. Their door-to-door salesman make claims and promises that contradict the purchase agreement they have you sign.

I didn't read carefully enough and ended up paying a $69.99 "shipping and handling" fee because I cancelled my installation appointment.

My bad for listening instead of reading, but if you are looking at getting Dish Network, avoid this retailer like the plague. Other rip-off records indicate Star Satellite's involvement in other consumer-unfriendly activity.
