I agreed to sign up for Dish Network with an indiviual at a mall in a free standing kiosh with Dish Network signage. The price agreed to was 39.95 per month.

The dish was installed the next couple of days by H.D. Satellite Specialists (Authorized Dish Network Retailer).

My billing was auto pay through Dish Network, but was as high as 81.00 and the lowest billing was 57.00. I have been trying to get the billing straighten out since the installation with no results.

I took H.D. Satellite Specialists to small claims court and was told that I had sued the wrong people.

I have contacted Dish Network in Littleton, CO. And was told that they have no responsibility. One against the other and I am in the middle for 400 plus dollars.

I contacted the Attorney General of California and the companies were contacted by the Attorney General.
