Dear ADT,

I called you folks with my complaint of monitor beeping continuous on 12/27 and I talked with Dennis Harmening at 719-271-6771 and your reply was to replace the battery which I had done numerous times with a new battery. The beeping kept going on day and night so I called you back and you said you would come out and check it or fix it. I don't remember which for $25.

Why do I pay to keep your equipment up when I didn't do anything wrong with it. This equipment was here when you checked it out and you didn't have to install the wiring etc., just added a door sensor. I paid the same amount as anybody else would to install the whole system from the bottom up for $150.

So I want to suspend you from taking out on my credit card the amount of $32.99 immediately until you repair why the system wouldn't accept the new battery, a year ago. None of the many I have put in, and of course it has lost its memory now from my problem 1 year ago next month. When it said low battery, I just unplugged it out of the wall last week after listening to that beep for a year now 24 hours a day and no protection. So I didn't need it in the first place if it isn't going to work, it has been peaceful since last week now.
