Handsnpws. Comor Sophication Alley insulting degrading e-mails, horrible customer service, products NEVER RECEIVED

I ordered products for my ailing dog on 9/06/05 totaling $80.28. On 9/29 I e-mailed the company on the status of the order. I never received any correspondence from them.

FInally, one month later I wrote an e-mail asking them to cancel my order, as they had long exceeded their delivery policy of 10-15 business days. The enclosed e-mail is what I received in reponse:
Lol. No, it doesn't say 10 to 15 day delivery
anywhere! It would help if you could actually READ!!!
Anyway, your letter was so rude, I had them pull it
and provide to another customer. You'll have to get
your pet costumes elsewhere. Maybe next time you'll
realize it doesn't pay to be nasty. Uggh!!!

Even if I was rude (which I was not) this is no way to treat a customer or any potential customers&BEWARE!!!
