Ripoff, dishonest, rude, unprofessional, unreliable, poor photographer, frequently lies, adds hidden costs, confuses orders, blames client

Eli Allen AKA Eli Berkowitz of Majestic Images was hired as a photographer for my wedding. Not only did he not show up for the wedding, he called me, the bride, on my cell phone in the morning to inform me that he would would be late (he did not show). The wedding planner and/or my parents are the ones that he should havecontacted.

The photogrpaher that was sent was not full quality, particuarly for the high price that majestic images was charging.

He did not ahve the proofs ready in a timely manner (as promised) could not meet with us for over a month, spelled my name wrong on the proof books, got the pictures wrong for the album and had to redesign, forgot to do and confused some of the single pictures that were ordered, and I have yet to recieve my final wedding album (and it has been a year). Eli is now trying to charge us tax and extra shipping charges.

He never apologized for not showing at the wedding, he let an inadequate employee work with us (Will mendez) and Eli even stated to me that Will was "not too bright"
