Full on Cussing at customer for no reason, ripoff

My husband is a professional driver with a major household goods carrier, he is getting tired of the rude behavior that these truck stops have been dishing out as of late.

This happen at the Petro in Mebane, North Carolina exit 157 on 1-40/ I-85 on 10-4-05, the cashier name was Brandy and the nite manager is Peggy Walker. The cashier used the cuss word that I have changed to F'N. My husband stepped out of line to pick up a can of chip dip, when he stepped back into line the gentleman in front of him said" you go first you were in front" as my husband declined, the cashier said "One of you F'N men get up here" My husband stepped up and said "is the there a problem?" She spoke nasty, saying the F - this and F - that.

My husband asked for the manager, the the cashier said " She's F'N right here and she knows what going on" the nite manager was on the phone and completely ignored the problem and the cashiers cussing. Then the cashier said " this is F'N bu*it and if you have a F'N problem (then proceeded to crumple up a complaint form and throw it at my husband) use this"

This COMPLETELY out of line for this cashier and manager, people around were shocked at this behavior. This is rudiest behavior I have ever seen from a customer - based store. If we are such a inconvince to the cashier maybe we will have to stop lining the pockets of the company and go some where else.
