Credit Manager Cancellation ripoff

I actually had to send this e-mail to Experian to complain about the way my credit manager cancelation was handled. Should you have to cancel your membership, they are going to remind you, over and over, in an attempt to sidetrack you from cancelation, about the benefits of credit manager membership. It is like they are not even listening to you.

I finally had to yell at the woman and tell her directly to "CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP NOW! DO NOT BILL ME EVER AGAIN!" It is absolutely rediculous and completely unprofessional. I hope this help many of you should you decide to cancel our Experian memberships, or in ever doing business with them. Here is the actual e-mail I sent to Experian about my experience:

I canceled my credit manager with your company today. I am outraged at the manner in which it was handled! I had a simple request - cancel my membership. The woman I was speaking to went on a rant about what the membership in credit manager is good for. I know what it's good for, I signed up for it once and have been a member!

After repeated attempts to tell her that I wanted my membership canceled, I had to actually yell at her and say, "Cancel my membership! I do not want to be a member! Do not charge me $9.95 per month! Cancel it now!" This is redicuolus! And of course her foreign accent didn't help in understanding her either. You should be embarrassed by the way your company is treating people.

There is no way I should have had to have been on the phone as long as I was for such a simple request. It was like speaking to a robot! When I asked a question, she read word for word the benefits of being a member! Over and over! I will never do business with you again. Unbelievable!
