Ripoff

On 9/21/05 I purchase service from 1-800-4-A-Phone in the amount of $72.99. They indicated my service would begin on 9/22/05. On 9/22 I informed them my service was not on. At that point it was notice that my service was given to my neighbor.

They indicated that additional $56.00 was needed to transfer my service to the correct address (the Incorrect address was to no fault of mine but I was still ask to pay additional money on service I had not received. I paid the additonal payment on 9/27 and as of today I still have no service.

The 1-800-4-a-phone company is a rip off and do not derserve to be in business if they are going to treat their customers this way! I have spoken the supervisors for the company and i do not understand why they show up! They were not helpful at all and did not try to be! Please think wisely before doing business with 1-800-4-a-phone!
