This Man has offices in California and the Philippines and has taken so much money from people by promising them H1B visas or visas to be able to come to the States and work. I was one of the people. His Office address in Manila Philippines is

I paid him $4000 in March for a placement fee and have no other proof except his emails and letters and a bank deposit slip to my aunt who sent him the funds, because we never signed a contract since he was supposedly "my aunt's husband's friend"

I keep calling his office and emailing him demanding him to return my money because I got nothing from him and he got $4000 from me, but he keeps ignoring me and emailed me that it was my fault because I married my boyfriend of 7 years and am now here in the states with him, he - the owner of this business said that I had requested him not to do my papers anymore (this is after 3 years and nothing had happened with my papers anyway) because i was goin to get married. BUT I think that just because he wasn't goin to do anything anymore and whether or not I told him to stop, he still owes me that money ($4000) because he didn't keep up with his end of the bragain and did absolutely nothing for me.

I keep trying to get his attention and I keep calling his office but they always give me the run around, my aunt has gone to california to try to talk to him but he is always hiding, what should I do?
