Mary Goodwin - Shaun Goodwin ripoff stole my 300 dollars and did not send my dog registration papers Lama

We bought 3 chihuahuas from Mary Goodwin. The day she was suppossed to send the dogs she said she was late. She blamed it on the airlines. She then had the "balls" to tell us she would send them when she got the chance. We had spent $1300. I am in the Army and I do not make a lot of money. They were for my kids and wife. After arguing with her for almost a week she said she woul send them on a Monday. The original date was the previous Monday. On the Saturday before she said her Aunt wanted to keep one of the dogs because her husband had just died. We were upset and told her no we wanted the dog. She said she would refund us $300 for the dog not being sent. We wanted our money back altogether. She said she would only give us 650 back. I told her she must be crazy if she was going to keep half of the money for her screw up and changing of the plans. We decided to just take the 300 and the 2 dogs.

Well it has been a month now and still no money. Also she never sent us the CKC registration papers that they were suppossed to have. The dogs were extremely skinny and they ate so much food the first week. It was apparent she didn't take care of the dogs. Well the saga continues. She now says they were her Aunt's dogs and she would of refunded our money but her Aunt does not want. Too. Well we spoke with the Aunt and she says that Mary is lying. They are all in on the scam. The Aunt is telling us she only got 700 from Mary and did not even know that we sent 1300. Mary is saying it is her Aunt who will not refund the money.

Also, the other dog supposedly died. But, her Aunt says the dog never died and Mary is hiding it from her. I am currently seeking legal advice on how to file a small claims suit in Missouri. It has been one lie after another. If you want to getted ripped off by someone then I suggest you call her for some skinny, sick dogs. If you do not then avoid her like the plague. She will drive you crazy. I know that her intention was too never send the dogs at all.
