Ripoff told me i get credit card for $299 out of checking plus $40 fee but got nothing

Comunity saving told me over the phone for $299 to be taken out of my checking i would get an $2500. Credit card this was 6/8/05 then charged me $39.99 more for a fee but still i recieved nothing then when i asked for a refund i get a run around and no refund they want me too send the book back i said after you send my refund i will beable to pay for it i then said i record all my talkings on the phone and she got upsit and asked if i did the frist one i said yes and she said i did not give you permission to record it will not be good in court so send back the book by return to sender and a letter because this is only a customer service phone i stated that she is customer service so help me but she hung up on me
