Horrible Service. Retracted on contract. Double Charged Credit Card unauthorized Rip Off

Completely unorganized. One person that works there opened the camera & destored our pictures & we had to RETAKE them again. And wait over 2 hours.

Managers offered 4 free pictures then retracted b/c QUOTE: " you didn't have to wait as long as other customers" - Also was very rude. We spent over $60 there and will never sit foot in that place again.
We made multiple attempts to speak with the owner & manager. We were informed that they either do not speak english, do not work there any longer, or was placed on hold for over 10 minutes.

Image Shots also charged our credit card for pictures we did not recieve.

Image Shots is not listed with the BBB so no action could be placed through them.

The "acting manager" who refused to 1. Give me a copy of my receipt 2. Refused to plac in write the amount of pictures she handed us 3. Refused to explain why she took extra pictures out of our package that we PAID IN FULL for & that are clearly marked on the outline, posted on the business wall of what we should have gotten.

My fiance & I spent over 15 minutes trying to speak with her privately about the situation & misunderstanding. She became lous & made very rude & demeaning comments.
The mall in which the company is renting from has not returned any of our calls.

The atmosphere & customer satisfaction not to mention the morals of Image shots & it's employess is horrible & sicking.

We simply wanted 1. Our pictures or 2. Our money back. Neither was given but our credit card was charged.
