Unfair business practices

Both my husband and I were contacted about their services, we were both under the impression that we would have 10 days to look at their products, 1/2 off t.V. $42.00 a month for a refund of $25.00. And a membership fee of $119.00. Plus another $4.95 for shipping and handling. They also offered two other services, one was for savings on your telephone bills and cellular phones, both also $4.95 for s & h and membership fees. They proceeded to take $135.00 out of my checking account the very day that I spoke with them. When I called them on it they said it would be 4 to 6 weeks before I would get my money back. Saturday marks six weeks, and to date I do not have check in hand. I also filed a report with the better business bureau to no avail, the chickhen shits said they had never heard of us and claimed that they sold health and dental supplements. And that was the end of that, the BBB closed the claim and said they would be sure to give them a bad rating.
