Ripoff

I noticed that a sum of $49.95 was being taken from my bank account every month, about three months ago. A company called VersaTalk that I have never even heard of was taking money from my account with no authorization. I never gave them or anyone else my bank information, yet somehow they have been able to take money from me every month. I am a single working mother living paycheck to paycheck and do not have the money for any unexpected expenses, therefore this money being taken out was causing checks to bounce like crazy and overdraft fees.
My bank has been very good about helping me with this matter and reimburing me what they have been taking, but that doesn't take care of the overdraft fees that I have been getting and it also doesn't help that I now can no longer write checks at those places that they bounced anymore. This has caused alot of problems for me and I would like to see justice for this. If anyone can help let me with this matter let me know.
