Did not honor prepaid advertising contract for $4,500 Ripoff

In August of my company Big Hitters, Inc. Contracted in writing for 3-months of Internet advertising with Franchise Opportunities, and prepaid the company approx. $4,500.00 via company debit card.
After 3 weeks of advertising, the company decided they no longer wanted to provide advertising to my company, and removed my advertising from their web site without providing my company prior notice or any reasonable explanation. I received an email one-time from Janice Hall, Vice President of Franchise Opportunities, stating that she would refund $4,000.00 of my company's money, and then later spoke to her via telephone, where she agreed to refund the entire amount paid, but refused to give any reason or explanation as to why they would not fulfill the signed advertising agreement.
I did receive a refund of the monies paid to them on September 16, but still have not received an email, phone call, or fax stating any reason for them not fulfilling their duties.
Money being refunded is a good thing, but it does not mean that the company did the right thing, or that they acted within any legal rights.
When a person or company writes a contract, the parties need to stick to it.
I would discourage any person or company from doing busines with this organization for any reason.
