The Greatest Vitamin In The World - Don Lapre
I have not received my guaranteed refund after 4 and 1/2 months

I ordered the Grestest-Vitamin-in-the-World program the first week of May. I paid $35 for the initial cost of the order and I paid an additional $29 to have a 1-800 phone number put on my personalized Web site for a total of $64.

I was skeptical but I thought that I had nothing to lose because of the money back guarantee.

After calling the activation number to activate my Web site and hearing how much more money it would cost to be successful in this business venture I decided to cancel my order and demanded my guaranteed money back refund. First, the man I spoke with on the phone said I would have to wait a couple of days before I could officially order a refund. I waited a couple of days and then I called them back and demanded my refund but they first told me that someone had already ordered a bottle of vitamins from me by way of my personalized Web site but I knew the man I was talking to this time was lying because I told them not to activate my Web site and earlier on this same day I had even checked to see if my Web site was accidentally setup and indeed it was not setup yet. So how could I have already have had someone order a bottle from me if my Web site didn't exist?

In order to get my refund they told me I would have to send my package back within 30 days. I sent the package back by USPS Priority Tracking. I called in June to see if they had received the package and they said they had received it on June 3rd and it would take 14 to 21 business days before I received my refund in my banking account. I called a couple of times a couple weeks later just to make sure my refund was still on schedule to be put back into my account on time and the female operator told me it was.

After 21 business days had passed I called them again and they said it would be put back into my account any day now.

I waited until the end of July and I still had not received my refund. I called them the last week of July and now started to record all of the subsequent phone conversations for personal security.

The female operator said I would have to talk to a man named Bert Nunley who was not available at the time. I demanded to talk to him that very moment or I would report them to the Attorney General. All of the sudden Bert Nunley was available and he said they didn't send me the refund because they never received my package. So I gave them the tracking number on my package proving that they had received it. Then he said that he would do what they call a "Hot Refund" and it would take an additional 7-10 business days. I waited until August 22nd and I still hadn't received my refund. I called them back and demanded to talk to Bert Nunley extention #121 but he was not available and the female operator said he would call me back. A few hours later I received a message on my answering machine left by someone other than Bert Nunley saying they didn't know why it didn't go through but that they had started another "Hot Refund" and it would take another 7-10 buisness days.

I waited until September 6 and told the female operator that I hadn't recieved it yet and she claimed that was because the 10th business day fell on Tuesday, September 6 but I said the 10th business day was Friday, September 2. She said they didn't start the count on the business days until August 23rd even though the new refund was requested on August 22nd. I said I wanted to talk to Bert Nunley and she said he wasn't available and she said he would call me back. Later that day I called them back myself and demanded to talk to Bert Nunley. I talked to him, told him I believed they were trying to steal my money and that I was prepared to report them to the Attorney General if I didn't get my money in my account by the end of the day. He claimed there was a problem with my Visa card and for that reason they weren't able to give me my refund. I said my card was the same and had not changed and he then said there was a problem with their refund computer program and promised me they were not trying to swindle me out of my money. He said that he would talk to his director and his director would refund me my money manually. He promised it would only take 3 or 4 business days. That was promise was made on September 6th which is now 7 business days ago because today is September 14 and I still don't have my refund and I will call them for the last time tomorrow, September 15th to tell them I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General.

It has been 4 1/2 months and I still haven't received my money back guarantee refund.
