Atlas Appraisal - Mike Lambeth
Ripoff appraisal never sent

Mike Lambeth of Atlas Appraisal came to my home on June 24 to give me an appraisal. He was to both email and send a hard copy with pictures in his report.

On July 6, I received the emailed copy after I called since it was a week later than promised. My name was wrong. He responded to my email on July 29 saying he would correct it and mail the hard copy that he had not sent. He didn't. A subsequent phone call from me yielded one more unfulfilled promise to mail it.

I again emailed him on August 26, but have had no response and still have not received my appraisal although he required and received payment the day he came to my home.
