RIPOFF non-refund of money as outlined in contract

We attempted to buy a property from VandeWater and Assoc., the contract spelled out terms under which there would be a refund. We were unable to secure a mortgage, met the contract terms for refund and requested the refund starting 7/1/05.

We have recieved no refund, but have gotten several types of runaround. There are more people who have had the same problem with this company, we are already in conact with one.

The BBB has investigated and is filing a non-resolved report, indicating no effort to resolve. VandeWater may also be expelled from their membership.

We have initiated legal proceedings, but also want to alert others before they get burned by this company.
