McDaniels And Associates Kirby Dishonest Fraudulent ripoff

I had Kirby peddlers come to my door, talked me into making a down payment because I had a few days to change my mind and my money would be refunded.

Well I changed my mind, they came and picked the vacuum up, I asked about my refund, it would be mailed within 10 days, after about 2 1/2 weeks I called the number on the contract, was told it had been mailed.

Days later no refund, I call again, this time there is some problem with my refund and I am being charged for cleaning up the machine.

Weeks later no refund, I call again, this time I am being charged for repairs to this supposed brand new kirby.

I also contacted Kirby directly. I was told that McDaniel and associates is an independently owned and operated business and they do not work for kirby.
The contract I signed gave me the right to cancel the contract witin a cetain amount of time and receive a total refund, I cancelled but McDaniel and Associates has not given me one red cent of my money back, not to mention how rude and insulting they have been when I have called.

I have reported this to the Attorney Generals office.
