How Can You Check The Vaidity of First Secure Management Before You Sign A Contract? - Is this business legitimate?

I read a recent report of another person who submitted one on September 1st
on First Secure Management.

It appears this business has a customer service number and just answers the phone "Customer Service and not "First Secure Management". That in itself is a big red flag. I am only sorry I did not do more research on them until after I entered into a agreement with them and they took my $799.00 and did nothing for me. The problem with trying to get them to refund your money is how their contract reads. They will refund your money if they have not reduced your debt by a certain amount within 30 days. Basically if you try to call and talk to a person they schedule an appointment anytime from one to two weeks from your call after you sign the contract. Then that time goes by and you are waiting for your debt to be negotiated and hopefully reduced and they come back with an excel spread sheet with a payment schedule that does not reduce your debt - only a payment schedule. Since 30 days after I signed the contract already passed, I am trying to get a refund and they are not complying. They stated they have a recording of my voice agreeing to their terms. I simply stated my case to The Attorney General's office in Arizona. They have received correspondence from them indicating they will refund my money, but when I attempted to call First Secure Management once again to follow up, I was told someone would get to me, oh and surprise surprise, I still haven't heard back from them.

The bottom line is this company has 32 complaints against them at the Better Business Bureau. If anyone is considering doing any business with a company who claims they can reduce your debt by a significant amount, do your homework first.
Be ware if you call any company and you cannot speak directly to an individual directly about your own situation.

You can always contact The Attorney General in your state they always take these complaints seriously.
