Ripoff

I got a phone from world (con) For the first 4 months i did not receive a bill. I called and after about 20 minutes was told they were backed up in the billing. Then 5 months later i started getting a bill like two times a week. I paid what i owed but they called and said pay more. Im paying for the time i used and nothing extra. Now my bill is 1,291.09 and i did not talk that much. They said it was going on my credit if i did not pay. Im just paying for what i used and no more. I canceled the phone but it is still on. I called back but i can not reach them. Their address is a PO box and not even a real address. If you have had the same problems don't let them get away with it. Something has to be done about them.
