I have a one year contract with mci worldcom wireless. I stated the plan in august. I have a one year contract at 29.99 for 320 anytime minuets and 1000 nights and weekend minuets. The first bill i received was for over 90.00 activation fee plus first month i thought. I looked at the bill and i did not receive the 320 anytime minuets which meant i was paying. 40 a minuet for 200 minuets. I explained this to customer service after waiting over 1 hour on the phone. I was told they did not see where i had 320 minuets but, would credit my account. The next months bill was over 100.00 i called they appoligized and credited me 60.00 again. Each month my bill grows and is now 400.00 how, i never go over my minuets. No one knows why just that i need to pay my bill. I can not get anyone to help me at all. I have never been able to just pay 29.99 plus tax and it is now juanuary 30.
