Employee threats and threats of termination RIPOFF

Let me first start off by saying I've worked for walmart on two different occaisions. One in Illinois for two years, and for the one in Springhill, Fl for 2 yrs, and almost my 3rd year is upon me.

Anyways, I work at the walmart in Brooksville, and recently several things have come up that have irked me in many ways. I recently applied for the Furniture department manager position. I felt confident enough to know what i knew from my past Department manager and mentor, if you could call him that. I had the interview, and the manager, Sandy, had thanked me for the time for the interview.

About 2 days later, I was stocking/zoning aisles 13 and 14 in Grocery. She called me back to the store managers office, and with a CSM, basically used a verbal from 2004 on me. Two people, my wife, and a friend both stated that the write up was unfounded, and wasn't managed properly. I went through the policies and found that it was correct, the manager on Overnights (Sandy) needed another manager (assistant, support, or someone who has the management qualifications. CSM'S need not apply, due to their only cashier supervisors.)

Anyways, about 3 weeks after that, the managers had shifted to days. Then there were 2 new managers (Seth and Don). They again pulled me into the ad office and stated that i was leaving my aisles crappy. I told them that when im the only one who is working both aisles, they should give more time to do Soda and Water, then set up snacks as last. Don, who loves to treat everyone like their morons, stated that it was a production level issue, meaning it was on me. This made no sense seeing as i was making well over 250 cases a night. I was given a threat that either I work harder, faster, and more productive (360 isn't productive?), they would give me a D-day.

Well on my D-day, I get a call from the store. Another manager named Terri Jo, called asking me to come into work. I told her that i had the D-day, and she was shocked. I then went to the store manager, after calling on the weekend, and said i needed to talk to her. She came in on Monday, and we talked about the issues. I asked her if the D-day report went through her desk, and she stated that she knew about it, and I was tempted to state that her management used the wrong type of manager on me.instead of getting mad about it, i decided i'd get even. I got sick on the day of my "D-day" weekend, and i called out with the stomach flu. I then went to the hospital to get checked out, and they even said it was the stomach flu.

Last night (9/12), my wife called stating she was threatened with her life. I went to Don, and he stated either I could go and check on my wife instead of staying with her to protect her, or i go at lunch time and check, then come back. I stayed for the later. As I left, I saw Don stocking freight. I got back, and finished off the rest of my day.
