Can't get their billing right!

I first got my cell phone in september. I was told there would be a 40.00 fee each month for the phone and that my first bill would arrive in about 30 days.

Well i waited and i didn't get a bill the first month or the second. So i called the guy who sold me the phone to ask him for a phone number to reach the phone service and he just told me to wait. So again i waited.

Eventually i thought maybe they my info. Just got lost in the paperwork and i would get free phone service. Fat chance. Six months later i received my first bill. And two days later my second. And about once a week i recieved a bill until i got all 6 of them. Totalling much more than i expected.

Now they want all the money now or ill have to break my contract. I don't have the money to pay the entire bill at once and i dont have 200.00 to break the damn contract. This is bullshit! It isnt my fault they can't get their shit together! Buyers beware: im not the only one mci has done this to...
