Ripoff business from hell Sacramento California

Worldcom Wireless is a horrible crappy bullshit business! I got a cell phone from them and 2 months after receiving it - it broke. Well at the time I thought hey no big deal I was paying the stupid little fee to get another free phone if something like this happened and thats when all the bullshit started...

I called them hundreds of times and could never get anyone on the phone. So I started e-mailing. Still nothing and this went on for months and every month they were sending me bill after bill charging me $30 for every month that went by. Well Hell no I wasn't gonna pay for a damn phone I didn't have and couldn't get replaced because their customer service is so shitty.

So finally I got one of these Worldcom Wireless Bastards
on the phone and they said sorry we were short staffed and we will credit your account for all the months you didn't have access to your phone. I thought it was finally over!

Guess Again. They still continue to send me the same huge bills nothing has been credited so I went through all the crap of getting a live person on the phone again and I was told they are not crediting my account - who ever had told me that gave me wrong information and I am expected to pay the full amount of the bill. I got so pissed I asked to talk to a Supervisor but the customer service creep refused to let me talk to anyone... This company SUCKS!!!

They are shitty to their customers I feel like I have been scammed and they are gonna f* up my credit. Just thinking about this and all the crap they have put me through UGHH!
