On aug. 11th my electric service ws cut off. We could not get a hold of anybody. It was after business hours and emergency number was busy because there was a storm. Someone named gabriel asked me to go to the center the next day. I explained i have a newborn of 4 mnths and a 1 year old responded could not help. So i spent the night without elec.

The next day aug 12th we went to center. They said i was disconnected for nonpymnt.in 1998 they said i remained with a bill for 3 hundred dlls. I was living in apt complex (villa allegre) apts. The building where my apt was the meter was broke. I didn't know this so years later they say i owe 3 hundred dlls.

They add to my husb bill. When i asked how they determined amount of elc being used within the three mnths they replyed we estimated about 60 dlls worth of use. How is that possibly if i worked and went to school. They said that is what i owe and thats final.

So that is why now we are on pymnt plan because of this. I explained to lady that we are on pymnt plan and we had made first pymnt i have money order to prove it. She rudely said our systems are down come back. My food went bad could not give child breathing treatment lost work hrs (lawsuit)
