Ripoff, Not standing behind their guarantee! They are DRSM & DRS they just changed their name

We purchased credit card relief services from DRSM (affiliated with Debt Relief Services aka DRS & Consumer Financial Educators) in September for $2995. They advertise that their services will relieve the debt and repair your credit and they advertise a money back guarantee.

We have done everything that they have instructed us to do including arbitration at a cost of $150 per account (times 3 accounts).

After talking with DRS paralegal Maggie HIll, we were informed by her that during the arbitration process that the Blue ridge arbitration company went out of business and that the guarantee did not have to be honored.

We have continually called and emailed DRSM and DRS to voice our concerns and objections and have received little to no response. When we did receive a response it was to tell us we were on our own and they directed us to a debt settlement website!!!

We feel that DRSM's presentation of the services were exaggerated and over-promised and as a result we are in the same situation as before only we are out approximately $6,000 that we could have used to negotiate the debt.
