Consumer Financial Educators, CFE, DRS, DRSM Owned, operated By Jeff Jenks Fraudulent company making false claims. Took my money and now refuses to refund. Won't even return a phone call

Consumer Financial Educators markets a service for legally eliminating credit card debt. What they actually do is take your money, send you a couple of letters to mail, and then drop you in the middle of the process. They are very, very friendly until you send them your money and then... Everything changes!

I found out what they were doing before I started their program but, unfortunately, after sending them almost $3000.00. Their application mentions a refund policy but when you call them about it, everyone plays stupid and tells you that you must deal directly with the owner, Jeff Jenks, to get your refund.

After 3 months of emailing Jeff and calling and leaving him constant phone messages, I have only received 2 return phone calls. The first call that he returned consisted of him telling me to send him an email and then he hung up. The second phone call that he returned a month later consisted of him telling me that he had already sent that refund request to processing and that we should be getting in the mail any time now.

That was over a month ago, and just as I suspected, no check! And I have not been able to get him on the phone again ever since.

For anyone out their looking at anything involving Jeff Jenks, keep your money and run like the wind or you will be his next victim!!!
