Debt Bug is no good! Do Not believe the crap that they tell you. "We can help save your home"..."We can stop foreclosure imediately"... Okay, what they did to me was bogus... They told me to send them this fee and they will fax me some papers to stop the forclosure proceedings right away. So I paid the fee, (it had to be about $300.00).

As soon as they got the fee, (Several days later) I received a fax. It was Bankruptcy papers that had faded wording on it along with some typed instructions, They told me, "Money back guarenteed." I was not satisfied, I felt that it was not effective or professional enough, So I went to the court house and got the papers myself.

When I have completed the Bankruptcy myself, I emailed them and asked for my refund back. They told me No and that they could not do that, they told me that there was no refund. I confronted them by telling them that I did this whole process by myself and that they they were cheating people and they sent me back a nasty email that was rude.

I emailed them again and they had all emails that I sent them returned to me, they had my emails address blocked so they wouldnt receive anything from me. I felt that I could have avoided all of this if I had not looked at their website: debtbug.com, beieving what they said on that site. Till this day I still could not find the website or contact number.indeed, Debt Bug is fraudulent.
