Ripoff ignore phone calls accepts money but holds it for two months and still files forclosure notice doesn't return money after two months and until I request

Ocwen sent me forclosure papers after I had sent them thousands of dollars to avoid foreclosure. They still sent the foreclosure papers and kept my money for months. They finally returned my money after my requests, but without interest. They offered me a forbearance plan which I excepted. I told them I had rented my home and my payments would begin on a certian date. I was told that it would be ok but in just two weeks after that they again sent me foreclosure notices.

My home was suppose be auctioned yesterday, but I had to file bankruptcy papers to keep my home. My renters left because of the forclosure notice on the door and now I have to take them to court for breaking their lease. I have asked for a breakdown of fees, but no one could give those to me. I even e-mailed the President of Ocwen Bank and finally received a response from his assistant. The foreclosure agent was so upset that he called me and said I should have never gone to the President, because now he wasn't going to get any commission from this foreclosure. When asked what that commission was he wouldn't say. He answers my calls after about one month or more just enough time to increase my debt.

Please do not use Ocwen for any reason. Their internet home page claims that they empower their customers, but they lie.
