Ripoff, did not honor warranty and lied about everything this system was "suppossed" to do

Got the system and was disappointed from the get-go. Never got hold of the sales rep after he came to sell the product. Even to cancel the agreement when the three day period came around. Never got the company to return any calls or emails.

We were suppossed to have the system serviced every 9 months for 7 years but it never happened. All I got from their shabby work was broken water pipes that they cut to tie into our water line. Now fighting with Aquafinance for the monies owed to them.

System is now falling apart and the timer is broken, it "cleans" itself almost constantly. Very dissatisfied with this company.
