Deceptive ripoff

I am submitting a report on Aquativa because I feel ripped off. To begin with I feel that I was scammed into buying the system the guy saw we had kids and made us feel guilty after showing us the water test and making us believe there was so much stuff in our water that it basically scared us to even let the kids take a bath in regular water.

After that when we signed the contract it said that we had 3 days to cancel it. But we were lead into believing that we still had to wait and be approved before the 3 days cancellation period took effect. As it turns out we were not notified of the approval until like 5 days later and to top it off it wasn't like ok your approved (which we were suppose to get) It was more like a ok where exactly is your house so we can go install the system.

Then I was in shock I was like ok but yall were suppose to call and tell me I was approved first and they were just like the guys is gonna be there tomorrow to install it, so I said ok.

Then they come to install. It turns out they can't put it in my garage like they first said they would at that point I was pretty mad because they wanted to install it outside in the back yard, I was angry so they offered to put into a plastic shed. I was like well I guess if that will protect it then ok, so we went on, me trusting them cause I figured they know what they are doing.

A couple of weeks go by and i hardly look under my kitchen sink I hardly keep anything down there cause I have a toddler do one day I go in store something in there only to find that the system under the sink had been leaking and had ruined my cabinet and molded it.
It was very hard getting a hold of Aquativa because they would not answer calls and they had even moved out of the building that they were doing buisness out of.

Eventually another sales man came to the dor and I got the number from him, and we finaly got the installer on the phone, he sent in this handyman to check out the problem, and then they said they would fix it and replace the cabinet. Weeks went by then it turned into over a month and we finally got a hold of the installer again, he came by to check ii out fixed the problem and cut us a check to buy a new cabinet, and had us sign a paper saying that was settled.

I know that being settled its said and done but I just wanted to let everyone know how bad of service they have anyhow. Now the problem is that we can't get them to come out here and check out the system again, it seems that the piping might be leaking and it is constanly muddy along where the pipes are burried and I just found out from my neighbor whos closet is a couple of feet away from the system that water is coming in to her closet from underneath her foundation. Also my foundation is beginning to shift and I am getting lots of cracks and I think that the system is the cause of it all but there is no way of finding out without them checking it out but the problem is we call and they promise to come out and they don;t come at all.

Bottom line I want the system removed and I want them to reimburse the creditor who is harrasing me saying they will put a lien on my house because I refuse to pay for this system which is bad and I feel I was scammed into getting it. Plus many people have told me i overpaid by thousands.
