Ripoff, give nothing but run around, hard to understand on phone, pass buck

Orderd two phones only got one. One was shipped to CO. And I called 15 times over a month and a 1/2 period trying to get it straightened out. Only one fellow traced the order through to find out about the shipping mess up but I couldn't get back in touch with him. Got run around that they didn't know him or didn't know ext: numbers.

Out of all the people I talked to not one of them called me back.

I finally got the second phone today (8/11/05 original ship date was 06/21/05) and it was a remanufactured phone. Supposed to be new. After my year is up I will throw both phones away and never do business with them again.

I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
