Ripoff Will not give credit for returned phones bill continues with no phones

My business partner and I ordered cell phones through onE of Sprints distributors. We didn't like the phones they sent so we exchanged them. We had a simple service plan which was no more than $74/mo for each phone - we had 2 phones only - one that didn't get used and one that was used. When the bill came it was so outrageous that we called them to try and straighten it out and they put us on hold for over 30 to 40 minutes each time they transferred us. Each time we had to start over to someone different. It was unheard of and unbelieveable. We finally got someone and we told them that we no longer wanted their service and would like to return their phones. Well they said they would send us out return packages because the ones that came with the phones are not correct. We kept waiting, no return packages 2 wks at a time. We called again at least 5 more times before ONE finally came. It had instructions to only put one in a package at a time. We called them back again and again and again to get another package - IT NEVER CAME. We used the old package and returned it to the same address as the other one. We have tracking numbers that they received both phones. They gave us credit for only one phone and to this date not the other $200 phone. We paid most of the bill with the exception of the anticipated $200 credit and somehow this bill is now over $800 again. We only had the service for a month. We cannot get them to fix it because they say now we need a passcode. Well we don't know it but we have our tax id # which is used for the passcode but they say it's not correct so they will not talk to us about this account. WHAT DO WE DO??? Their customer service is the worst in the world. We called back at least 15 times only to keep being placed on hold. We grew tired and tried to contact the distributor and they said that because it's in collecton now (wonder why?) they can't help us. Well, who will if SPRINT will not. This is a bunch of... Does anyone know who we can fix this mess? Sprint is the worst company in the world!!!
