Took order over a year ago haven't received product or credit

I ordered from their web site over a year ago. They have not delivered the product, I was promised a credit never received they have sent over 20 emails over the months promising me product or credit.

I have copies of all emails trying to resolve this but now they will not even respond.

I have also contacted the BBB and other agencies. They are not providing product or services in a reasonable amount of time but have taken money.
