Ripoff my turn to be ripped off again USA

I switched to an unlimited long distance phone plan a few months back. My phone bill is usually within pennies of being the same each month. Imagine my surprise when the bill was $44 more this month? I called Sprint, they explained it was a charge from a company called Integretal, gave me the number, etc. I called them, they gave me the same song and dance as everyone else here. I had to have authorized this, we will only charge 50%... Etc. I said not going to happen.

I live alone and I did not authorize it. So now they say they will refund it and block any more calls... Good thing, as I am not making them. Guess the computer stays unplugged for awhile.

Arrggh.
