Integretal, agora charged me 14.95 Ripoff

I have a 14.95 charge that I have not added to my phone. I called BellSouth which is my phone company who will dispute this. But they had gave me Intergretal's phone number to call, who's voice mail gave me Agora's phone. Which is also voice mail, left message and never recieve a return call. This is a ripoff
