While this Company did remove a $75 charge from our bill they claim that it was not possible for a virus to incure these fee's Norton anti-vir found it on my system and removed after telling me that it was a cost incureing phone virus. If this happens to you call the companys number and Dispute it.integretal 1800 736 7500. Best of luck to you all.
