Ripoff Sub Standard Cell Service Bad Customer Support

Verizon Wireless Communications is unable to adequately deliver the cell service they tout so loudly. The company needs to send the "can you hear me now" guy to my residence. Until about three years ago I had excellent service from this company's predecessor but for the past two plus years the availibility of cell service at my residence and office location has gone to non existent. Futhermore the elderly "lady" in customer service at the Turkey Creek (aptly named) location of Verizon is not only unhelpful but unsympathetic and downright hostile. She will not even attempt to address or resolve the issue with no service at my residence and office. This has been an ongoing complaint that Verizon has refused to not address, will not redo the contract, will not replace my hand held unit and will not attempt to rectify the lost service in any manner. I was even told I needed to get in my vehicle when I needed to use the cell service and move to a location where the service was 'better'. ABSURD!

This process of declination of service began with the installation of a new cell tower near my residence where I now have no service most of the time. At least 40% of my calls are dropped IF they are able to connect and many cannot get me on the cell telephone while I am in my office at my residence. The web site will not allow you to make complaints - guess they cannot handle the volume of complaints that would come in - will not answer correspondence and will not adjust the service. But they want thier money at the end of the day despite their false and misleading advertising. I just want what I pay for. They just want paid for what they cannot provide!!! It is a major Rip-Off here in Tennessee. Verizon - i ask - can you hear me now?
