I called on June 26 to find out the status of my account and stating I was going to close my account. The client Service Representative at Cingular Wireless NEGLECTED. They were negligent in telling me that I would be charged a $150.00 service fee for cancelling 2 weeks early.
The service Manager, Tara Hodges. Would not make an exception nor would she admit that this was a negligent mistake on their part and that I should not have been responsible for this charge. Also, I never signeded a 2 year contract.
