Manager Doug - Connections in N.H. RIPOFF stole my phone and let someone else sign my name to contract

I took a cell phone to be repaired and it has never been returned to me even after a year. The Manager Doug sent me someone else's phone (not even the same type I dropped off). Maybe I have someone else's phone they have not returned?! They also allowed someone else to sign my name to a contract. The headquarters released me from that contract and then they tried to charge me the $150.00 cancellation fee.

The Attorney General did step in and they dismissed that chargw but, the phone I left there was a $70-80 phone without a scratch on it and I have not seen it or been reimbursed.
