Water bottle part broken after refrigerator delivery

I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator and had it delivered by Best Buys. After setting the refrigerator in the kitchen I saw a delivery guy reaching inside into the back of the refrigerator. Some time later after finding numerous cups of water on the floor I found a water bottle nipple broken. There's been a great deal of stalking by Best Buys floor managers, and some mischief behavior by them.
At any rate Best Buys employes managers who've acted like tag team mud wrestlers working over time as pay back artist. The stores managers are not owning up to problems created by employees and when confronted it's you they don't want to see around there again. I bought a new $80 water bottle replacement online direct from Frigidaire. I am very happy with refrigerator and it has worked as advertised.
