Ripoff, Very BAD Buisness, No regard for customers

I woke up on Monday morning and got ready for work. As I drove to work I thought to myself, I should get my wife some flowers just to show her she the women of my life and that I love her.

So I looked around on the internet to find a flower shop close to my house, Wow the closes one was just down the street from my house no more than five minutes. So I made the call, Talk to a young lady whom seem and sound very pleasent I told her that I wanted to get some flower deliverd to my wife, she offerd a there deal of a doz. Roses of $36 dollars and change after taxes it came to $45.20. I asked her what time should she expect them to arrive she said between now (10:15am) and 1:00pm. I said cool. At 2:00pm I called my wife and ask if she recived the flowers I sent her she said no.

So I called the Mullen's Flowers and asked what happen to the flowers that I orderd, she put me on hold for about 2min. She comes back to the phone and says that the diver will be there in the next 20 mins I asked her whats taking so long. She says we have a Funeral to do. I said what does that have to do with me and my business. The young lady on the phone says I don't know, I live down the street how long does it take to go one mile west, she put me on hold again for about 3mins and the she tells me we didn't give you a time on your delivery. I said what does that mean you can deliver them any time you feel?

So I ask to seak with the owner of the shop she puts me on hold for 2mins and and tells me the owners on vaction, so I ask to speak to the next person in charge she puts me on hold for about 7mins. And tells me that my flowers will be there in the next 20mins. So I ask her again may I speak to the next in charge she puts me on hold again. Then a young lady named Silva I asked her why does it take 6 hours to deliver 5-10mins away from your location? She could not give me an answer.

So I asked her to cancel my order and refund my credit card. She said she had credit back my card. I asked her for a confermation number and she put me on hold for 10 mins and came back and gave me the confermation number.

So at the end of it all my wife never got to feel the wormth I wanted for her, and my whole day was dead. I don't know if this counts as a ripp off but thank you
