Flowers dead on arrival bad flower shop

So I went to Chi Chi's flower store with my Home Equity Line of Credit that I obtained from inancialrealty.net. I purchased about 10 dozen roses for a party for my daughter last month for her sweet 16 birthday. Well, it was disasterous. Chi Chi's Flowers of Redding not only did not deliver the roses on time, but when the roses finally came in some of the flowers were actually DOA, dead on arrival! This was unacceptable and I tried to refuse the flowers and called Chi Chi herself, but she told me that I already signed off the workorder and
she couldn't do anything for me. So my daughter's party went on forward with a bunch of dead Roses! DO NOT SHOP AT CHI CHI's FLOWER SHOP OF REDDING, CA. They screw their customers.
