A Mayflower Affiliate Failure to deliver all cartons. Ripoff

My belongings were moved to my present address by Metro Moving & Storage on June 14, and not all of their book/record cartons were delivered. When I complained, I was told to write to Penny Estes of Estes Relocation Services, P.O. Box 219, Woodlawn, TX 75694.

Copies of my correspondence with her can be faxed to you if you will provide a fax number.

My estimated loss of $156 made it impractical to have my attorney pursue the matter. Because of their intransigence, I will accept no less than three times that amount.
