Ripoff damage goods careless handling laugh at us whem claiming

We hired USF Dugan freight services through an on-line company named Freightquotes.com. They assure me they were a good company, reputable a very careful. We needed to transport our most valuable possetions (all our work equipment) from Chicago to Miami.

We packed all our machinery following the manufacturers recommendations and in pallets. We applied a generous amount of protective material an ALL THE APPROPRIATE LABELS such as "This side up", "Handle with care", "Fragil", etc.

We also requested (and paid extra, of course) for a truck with lift, as our equipment is delicate. When the machinery arrive, first, it wasn't here when they promissed. Second, all the pallets were in the worst conditions I've ever seen. But worst, The truck didn't have a lift and they were ready to drop, Yes, I said DROP, all our belongins from the truck to the floor. And ever worst of all, the most expensive machine was in on it's side, all damaged, no protective layers and all tags remove. As it is heavy, the driver-delivery guy was KIKING IT!!! In front of us!!!

I screamed of horror. We were histerycal, demanding an answer of how and why such machine was in such condition of careless and unprotectivness.

We refused the cargo hoping that USF Dugan would be responsible enough to assume that they have made a mistake by misshandling all our expensive machinery but they refused to take care of us. They even laugh at us whe I claim the total loss of the machine.

They said, in their final letter, that there were no tags in all of our equipment and they would paid a dime because of that.

Obviously what happened was that they tottally mishandled all our belongins and when they realized about all the expensive damage, they remove all the tags and protective layers and claimed later that such thing didn't existed to begin with.
