It's pretty much the same story all around... They promised one thing, didn't even come close to delivering and when it comes time to refund, no one is available. It seems to me with the 46, now 47, complaints on this site, we could get something going. I found an article on another site that reported 266 complaints. They have had a few (5 or 6) small claims brought against them most of which are still pending or were dismissed. There must be something that we can do to put these people out of business...
