Im going to make this short. Capital sends my bill late ever month for the last two months 100.00 each time its late. I have acardim paying and it comes in the mail a month early. I canceled this one out about a years or so ago and had nothing but trouble since. They try to send as e-bill and that dont work because i dont even know what account # is iv called and get it straiten out. And another month later it all starts again. I tryied to talk to them yesterday and it do a bit of good. I asked them by e-mail to start sending by the first of the first month. And they would do it.

Now they tell me its to persanal, to talk about it threw the internet. But they sure wood take a check over the internet. My bef is i tired e-mailing them, tired of talking to to some person that cant even speck english. I had a stroke a year ago and they cant understand me eather. And i told them thats why i didnt want call. But something has to be done about this. This compay sucks for air.
